<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the body motion such as myoclonus besides rolling over in real time. <P>SOLUTION: This detector comprises an infrared camera 1 for photographing the body motion upon sleeping, and an operation device 2. The operation device 2 comprises a partitioning part 21 for partitioning, for example, each image of four pieces of frames obtained by photographing by the infrared camera 1, into a plurality of partial images in a plurality of predetermined areas dividing the frame, a central density determining part 22 for determining coordinates of a center of a density value of each image element, with respect to the partial image of each of the plurality of areas partitioned by the partitioning part 21, a body motion detecting part 23 for detecting the body motion when the coordinates of center on each of the plurality of areas determined by the central density determining part, is changed among the frames. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
