PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera capable of providing data with respect to a composite image attached with an item image to an object image for a user. SOLUTION: A control section 101 store data with respect to the item image recorded on a memory card inserted into a first card slot 140 to its built-in memory 103. In the case of a composite imaging mode, the control section 101 displays an image resulting from overlapping the item image on the photographed object image on a liquid crystal display section 13. When a shutter button is depressed, the control section 101 stores the object image in the built-in memory 103. The control section 101 permits the adjustment of positions of the object image and the item image. Then the control section 101 records data with respect to the composite image integrating the object image and the item image whose positions are confirmed to a memory card inserted into a second card slot 141.
