PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the cost diagnoses for the whole office including a nonproductive department by computer processing.

SOLUTION: The diagnoses of a state related to facility cost is performed based on financial data disclosed for companies. The data of a company to be diagnosed are compared with data based on financial data of a plurality of representative companies every kind of industry the company to be diagnosed belongs to, and the result based on the difference therefrom is outputted as a diagnostic result.
