PURPOSE: Provided is an organic photoconductor containing a sulfonyl diphenylene-based charge transport composition, which can form high quality images when the organic photoconductor is used with a wet or dry toner and can keep the high quality after repeating a cycle. CONSTITUTION: The organic photoconductor contains: the charge transport composition containing the molecule represented by the formula 1, wherein an average value n is 1-1000, R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen, branched or linear alkyl, branched or linear unsaturated hydrocarbon, ether, cycloalkyl, or aryl, X is bis(fluorene-4-carboxyl)alkane, Y is divalent sulfonyl diphenylene, Z is X=O double-bonded to adjacent N or two hydrogens single-bonded independently to adjacent N, and Q is O or N-N(R1)-Y-N(R2)-NH2; a charge generating compound; a conductive support having the charge transport composition and the charge generating compound thereon. The organic photoconductor is flexible belt shape or drum shape.
