<p>A mist feeder capable of discharging the mist of liquid such as water forming a swirl flow together with gas such as air, comprising a tubular discharge tube (5) having a mist feed part (14) for receiving the supply of the mist on a base end part side and an outlet (8) for discharging the mist on an upper end part side, an air blowing device (4) causing a gas flow in the direction of discharging the mist installed in the discharge tube (5), an inner tube (3) installed in the discharge tube (5) so that the inner part thereof forms a mist feed flow passage (10) into the discharge tube (5) and a ring-shaped space is formed in the clearance thereof from the inner surface of the discharge tube (5), a swirl flow forming part (6) discharging the gas flow produced by the air blowing device (4) into the ring-shaped space along the inner peripheral wall surface of the discharge tube (5) in circumferential direction to cause an air swirl flow in the discharge tube (5), and a shielding member (17) shielding the ring-shaped space part from the mist feed part (14), whereby the effect of the pressure of the gas flow on the mist feed part (14) can be eliminated to feed fine mist far away in the space by the swirl flow.</p> |
