PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight fiber reinforced plastic free access floor constituent compared with that used with a metallic material or an inorganic material, having an excellent antistatic function for preventing troubles due to electrostatic discharge. SOLUTION: In a free access floor constituent including a reinforcing fiber and a thermoplastic resin, (a) the reinforcing fiber formed of a carbon fiber is included, and (b) the weight average fiber length of the reinforced fiber L made of the carbon fiber is 0.3 mm≤L≤1.0 mm, and further, (c) the apparent density D of the fiber reinforced plastic for the free access floor constituent is 0.8 g/cm<SP>3</SP>≤D≤1.7 g/cm<SP>3</SP>.
