PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce a noise in a cabin accompanied with vibration of a body panel member at a low cost by using a small member of suppressed weight. SOLUTION: An opening 9 for a slide roof of an exterior member is formed in an inside of a body in a roof panel P of the body panel member, and a top ceiling 1 of a trim member is connected via a frame body 14 in a vertically extended part P1 extended downwards from the roof panel P for forming the opening 9. An opening 3 for a sun shade and an opening 4 for a rear seat room lamp are formed in the top ceiling 1, and a weight W is fixed on an upper face of the top ceiling 1 in a position rearward in the opening 3 for the sun shade and frontward in the opening 4 for the rear seat room lamp. The weight W changes a vibration frequency of the top ceiling 1 to reduce a booming noise inside the cabin resultingly, because a phase difference is generated with respect to vibration in the roof panel P.
