PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a landing net of which the tubular body composed of the handle can be compactly shortened to a length for being encased when it is stored and can quickly be extended only with one hand when the net is used. SOLUTION: The handle section 2 of this landing net comprises the first pipe 11, the second pipe 12, the third pipe 13 and the fourth pipe 14. The first faucet 3 of which the outer peripheral face can be fitted to the inner peripheral face on the top side edge of the fourth pipe 14 is mounted on the top end side of the first pipe 11. On the top end side of the second pipe 12, the first pipe 11 has a through-hole bored in the axis direction and can be stored in the fourth pipe 14 and has the second faucet that has the flange 5a projecting in the radial direction larger than the outer diameter on the end side of the third pipe 13 to be connected from the second pipe 12 to the butt side.
