PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane-electrode joint body for a fuel cell suppressing voltage drop and increasing output power, and to provide a fuel cell using the membrane-electrode joint body, an ozone generator, and a deoxidation device.

SOLUTION: This membrane-electrode joint body is formed by forming a catalyst layer on each side of an ion-exchange membrane, and forming an anode fuel dispersion layer, a cathode gas-fuel dispersion layer in one body on the outside of each catalyst layer, and a composite functional group- containing ion-exchange resin containing anion exchange group and a cation exchange group in the same molecular chain is contained in a cathode side catalyst layer.
