Linkage of first and second complementary chain with primers. Realization of quantitative amplification using rTth-polymerase and Tricine-buffer. Repeating above indicated stages in testing double-stranded DNA-matrix subjected for effects by conditions that damage DNA. Evaluation of DNA damage by assay of reduction of amplification degree for testing DNA-matrix with respect to control DNA-matrix. Method allows carrying out analysis of DNA of length above 5 000 base pairs and to carry out control of genetic damages occurring as result of self-inducing effect of gene toxins.
