摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition not affecting the environment, thereby enabling to reduce costs for treating waste fluids, and exhibiting excellent anticorrosive abilities even under environments filled with sulfur dioxide gas or sea salt particles by using a vanadium compound instead of a chromium compound. SOLUTION: This non-chromium type coating composition containing (A) a vanadium compound in an amount of 1-10g (converted into metal vanadium) per liter of water, (B) a water-soluble fluoride compound in an amount of 0.1-5g (converted into fluoride ion) per liter of water, (C) one or more of zinc powder, aluminum powder and their alloy powder in an amount of 50-500g per liter of water, and (D) a glycol compound and/or a cellulose compound in an amount of 50-300g per liter of water, and has a liquid pH of 3.0-7.0. The zinc powder is an Al alloy containing 50-90wt.% of Zn and preferably further containing one or more kinds of 0.1-5.0wt.% of Mg, 0.01-2.5wt.% of Mn, 0.01-0.5wt.% of Cr, 0.01-0.2wt.% of Ti, 0.005-0.5wt.% of Y and 0.005-0.5wt.% of Ce in a total amount of 0.005-10wt.%.
