PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stadium viewing system which can provide more information by a user who views sports or a show. SOLUTION: This stadium viewing system 1 provides the more information by the user when the sports is viewed or the show is observed. This system 1 comprises transmitting/receiving means (37T, 37R, 46 and 47) for transmitting/ receiving at least an image signal, a portable monitoring unit 3 having a display means (44, 45) for displaying the image signal received by the means (37T, 37R, 46, and 47) and a built-in battery (49), and transmitting/receiving means (58R, 58T, 64 and 65) for transmitting/receiving at least the image to and from the unit 3.
