摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferroelectric storage device in which electrode equalizing operation can be performed at the time of applying a power source or cutting off a power source after an operation mode with low power consumption and a nonvolatile characteristic can be kept. SOLUTION: A plurality of word lines 14 and a plurality of bit lines 16 are arranged respectively at both surfaces of a ferroelectric thin film 12 and a memory cell is constituted of one ferroelectric capacitor. these word lines 14 and bit lines 16 are driven respectively by a word line driving section 20 and a bit line driving section 22 to which a plurality of kinds of driving voltage (Vs, 2Vs/3, Vs/3, 0) are supplied from a power source circuit 24, and each operation node of write-in red-out, and rewriting of data is performed. A short circuit 30 connected to end parts of the word lines 14 and the bit lines 16 is provided, after an operation mode, the all of the word lines 14 and the bit lines 16 are short-circuited at the time of applying a power source or cutting off a power source.
