PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To centralized-manage part numbers from the project/plan to design by causing continuous transition of temporary part number of a part table of the project/plan stage as it is to the part table of the design stage to be used. SOLUTION: This electronic part list system includes a part table database 5-1 and a part table control part 3. The part table database 5-1 stores the part table including the state information showing the progress state of project and design to the part, part number information as the number of the part, and part information as the information on the part. The part table control part 3 permits, limits or inhibits the change of the part number information according to the state information. The state information includes a plurality of state display information varied with the progress state.
