<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of ventilator that, for example, sufficient ventilation air cannot be obtained because an opening is too small at the time of switching from a continuous small amount ventilation to a quick large amount ventilation as a panel opening is constant and in the case of a ventilator for supplying and exhausting air by using a same air passage, exhaustion of large amount of air can not be performed because pressure loss becomes large when quick exhaustion is to be performed because a filter is provided for purifying outside air by removing dust and the like at the time of air supply. <P>SOLUTION: A panel provided at a front face of a housing of a ventilator is controlled so that opening amount of the panel becomes larger at the time an electric motor is in a strong notch states compared to a weak notch states.
