PURPOSE: A device for controlling a duplexing structure of a base station in a mobile communication system is provided to control a duplexing structure of a transceiver or a power amplifier by considering a continuous service aspect of the base station, thereby maximizing service efficiency of the base station. CONSTITUTION: When signals targeting on alpha, beta, and gamma sectors are inputted to each switch(110), a controller monitors operational states of an alpha sector transceiver, a beta sector transceiver, and a gamma sector transceiver, and checks whether all the operational states are normal. If so, the controller connects the signals targeting on the sectors with the alpha, beta, and gamma sector transceivers by controlling the switch(110). If one of the sector transceivers is abnormal, the controller connects the abnormal transceiver with a redundancy transceiver.
