PURPOSE: An air cleaner is provided in which dust collecting plate and cathode plate are formed of titanium, and ceramic, activated carbon and conductive graphite layers are formed on the surface of the plates to extend life cycle of the air cleaner and suppress formation of ozone, and which is hung on the wall by changing position of air inlet. CONSTITUTION: In an air cleaner comprising a main body comprising front case and rear case, an electronic circuit part for controlling power source supplied into the main body; a cathode plate installed at the output side of the electronic circuit part to generate minus voltage, and a dust collecting plate(130) correspondingly installed to the cathode plate to generate anions, the air cleaner for generating anions using titanium dust collecting plate is characterized in that the dust collecting plate and cathode plate are formed of titanium(132), and a ceramic coating layer(134) for emitting far-infrared rays, an activated carbon coating layer(136) for collecting malodorous molecules contained in air and a conductive graphite layer(138) for reducing generation density of ozone generated from the dust collecting plate and cathode plate and increasing generation density of pure ions are formed on the surface of the dust collecting plate(130).
