PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device for transfer capable of reducing a load required for the change of design of the transfer body side. SOLUTION: A shift actuator 17 comprises a shaft 47 having a transmission switching rack and a shaft 48 having a distribution switching rack with mounting members 47b and 48b directly coupled to the mounting devices 41 and 42 of a transmission switching shaft 21 directly coupled to a shift lever and a distribution switching shaft 31. The shift actuator 17 switches between a two- wheel drive and a four-wheel drive through the distribution switching shaft 31 by reciprocatingly moving the shaft 48 having the distribution switching rack by a drive unit, and switches a gear ratio through the transmission switching shaft 21 by reciprocatingly moving the shaft 47 having the transmission switching rack.
