PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement-recovering apparatus capable of simply and hygienically recovering an excrement including dung discharged from pets such as dog and being repeatedly usable. SOLUTION: The excrement-recovering apparatus 1 comprises an operating body 6 having a pair of operating pieces 5a and 5b, a feed part 9 having a feed face 7 exhibiting a rectangle, attaching the upper surface 8 to the top of either one operating piece 5b, a recovering part 3 exhibiting a square cylindrical shape, having an inlet 10, a release port 11 and an excrement passage 12 communicating with these and attaching the upper surface 13 to the top of the other operating piece 5a and a housing bag 4, having a housing space 14 in the interior, in which a bag port 15 and a discharge port 16 which communicate with the housing space 14 are each opened, each providing a fastening part 17 on the periphery of the bag port 15 and providing a folded holding part 18 in the neighborhood of the discharge port 16.
