PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite magnet having high residual magnetic flux density and high coercive force, by realizing hexagonal structured ferrite both in high saturated magnetization and magnetic anisotropy. SOLUTION: Assuming at least one kind of element selected from Sr, Ba, Ca and Ps including Sr without fail using hexagonal structured ferrite to be a main phase as A, as well as at least one kind of element selected from rare earth element (including Y) and Bi including La without fail as R also Co or Co and Zn as M, ferrite particles, sintered magnet, bonded magnet, magnetic recording medium, etc., are composed of oxide magnetic material in the composition wherein the total composition ratio of respective metallic elements of A, R, Fe to the total element amount are as follow. A, 1-13 atomic %; R, 0.05-10 atomic %; Fe, 80-95 atomic %; M, 0.1-5 atomic%. |
