PURPOSE: An automatic bread-braking apparatus is provided to be installed to a small place by reducing an occupying area and to reduce cost of electricity. CONSTITUTION: A slave sprocket(3) is installed to a frame(1). A holder(7) for maintaining an opened gate is formed to the salve sprocket until refilling materials after pulling out from a driving sprocket(2). A caterpillar chain(5) is between sprockets to turn the caterpillar chain occasionally with a step motor(4). A bread frame(6) is installed to the chain at regular intervals identical to a revolution period of driving and slave sprockets. The bread frame has a side holder on a side of a cover(6a). A cover guide(8) is installed from a turning point(e) of a position for the bread frame to a lower end of the slave sprocket as an end of a second heating range. Therefore, an automatic bread-braking apparatus is installed to a small place by reducing an occupying area.
