PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate a stereo signal mixed to channels with one another when sounds are acquired into the original channel signal in a low SN ratio and with a small amount of operation.

SOLUTION: A sound processor has a band dividing means for dividing at least two or more channel signals into a plurality of frequency bands, a level-difference-by-bands calculating means for calculating an inter-channel level difference for each of the same bands of each output channel signal divided by the band dividing means, a transmission characteristic estimating means for estimating the transmission characteristic of each channel on the basis of the inter-channel level difference by bands calculated by the level-difference- by-bands calculating means, and an inverse mixed line calculating means for performing an inverse filter arithmetic on the basis of the transmission characteristic estimated by the transmission characteristic estimating means.
