PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope system which can easily deal with changeover of a plurality of kinds of different observation methods or simultaneous use thereof. SOLUTION: The microscope system has a laser beam source (1), an optical path splitting section (2) for splitting the optical path of the laser beam from the laser beam source to at least two, a plurality of optical fibers (3 and 4) respectively made incident with the laser beams on the optical path split in the optical path splitting section and a plurality of different microscope optical systems respectively using the laser beams part a plurality of the optical fibers.
