PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To house wiper arms and blades conventionally installed outside into a vehicle, make external appearance beautiful, and to reduce labor at the time of freezing of the wiper blade in winter and window wiping. SOLUTION: A space for housing the wiper arm 3 and blade 2 is provided within a frame 6 on the side of front (rear) glass 1 of the automobile. The wiper arm 3 and blade 2 moving along a guide rail 5 are housed in the housing space and the space is covered with a frame cover 4 from the above. When operating a wiper, the frame cover 4 is opened, the wiper arm 3 and blade 2 come out of the housing space and perform reciprocating motions between the left and right frames 6. At the time, the frame cover 4 is made a closed state.
