railway transport. SUBSTANCE: bogie has frame consisting of axles with fitted-on wheels, and two longitudinal beams. Device for engagement with rail car is provided. This device can use cradle installed on frame by means of upspringing system consisting of four suspensions, each provided with two articulated levers. Lower levers are coupled through hinge joints with longitudinal beams, and upper levers are rigidly connected with torsion bars fitted in cradle square to direction of bogie movement. EFFECT: enlarged range of loads on bogie with provision of uniform loading of wheels. 4 cl, 1 dwg
