PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass flowmeter and an input coupling of a vibration to the conduit system into which the mass flowmeter is to be assembled from the mass flowmeter is avoidable by a simple means. SOLUTION: For every connecting pipe, an expression of (Mf<SP>2</SP>)/(ei/l<SP>3</SP>)>5.5 is satisfied, where M represents the mass of a compensation cylinder, (f) represents the natural frequency of a Coriolis measuring pipe filled with water, (e) represents the elastic coefficient of a connecting pipe, (i) represents the cross-section moment of inertia of the connecting pipe, and (l) represents the length of the connecting pipe.
