PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect existence of a material by the change of a direct-current voltage, to enlarge a detection area of the material, and to constitute many detection parts. SOLUTION: A sensor part 400C for material detection is set so that a plurality of conductive wires 570 for a shield electrode are positioned between crossing parts of a plurality of conductive wires 550 for a transmission electrode and a plurality of conductive wires 560 for a reception electrode, and formed in a sheet shape having many divisions as a whole. Each crossing part among each conductive wire 550, 560, 570 is used as a detection part of the material. A high frequency voltage is applied to each conductive wire 550, and the output from each conductive wire 560 is changed according to the existence of the material at the crossing parts. A high-frequency voltage outputted from the conductive wire 560 is converted into the direct-current voltage by a detection device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
