PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector insertion-pull out testing device enabled to perform an insertion-pull out test of a pair of connectors in the temperature ranging from low temperature to high temperature, having small size, at low cost. SOLUTION: A test connector mounting unit 40 and a vertical motion unit 30 are arranged inside an environmental housing 10 equipped with a refrigerating machine 15 and a heater 13, and a pair of connectors to be tested is mounted on the test connector mounting unit 40. The insertion-pull out test is carried out by adjusting one connector (base board) with a base board insertion depth adjusting unit 50 and a gap adjusting system 60 extending outside the environmental housing 10, and by making another connector (female connector) vertically move according to the rotation of a cam shaft 33 driven by a d riving motor 39 through a joint axis extending outside the environmental housing 10.
