PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid replacement warming apparatus which has a fluid flowing path in which a liquid flow quantity is safely secured and warming efficiency is improved by preventing clogging of a liquid channel and in which bubbles are not congested even when the inside of the liquid channel of the fluid replacement warming apparatus has negative pressure concerning the fluid replacement warming apparatus which warms a fluid replacement to a prescribed temperature and returning it into the body in extracorporeal circulation for purifying the blood led out to the outside of the body. SOLUTION: In the fluid replacement warming apparatus 1 which is connected with an extracorporeal circulation path for purifying the blood led out to the outside of the body for warming the fluid replacement to the prescribed temperature, a soft layer 4 with good heat conductivity is provided on the outer periphery of a warming body 3 consisting of a good heat conductor incorporating an electrothermal heater 2, a coil-shaped tube 6 obtained by coiling a synthetic resin tube cylindrically and integrally joining it is closely mounted on the outer periphery of the soft layer, and each terminal of the tube 6 is connected to the extracorporeal circulation path.
