发明名称 METHOD FOR SIMULTANEOUSLY PRODUCING HYDROGEN AND TREATING RINSING WASTEWATER USING GAMMA RAYS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CATALYST USED IN PERFORMING THE METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE: A hydrogen producing method is provided which not only solves problems such as economic feasibility in conventional hydrogen manufacturing method using gamma rays, but also treats rinsing wastewater containing metal EDTA complex, and a method for manufacturing more economical catalyst used in the method is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing hydrogen and treating rinsing wastewater comprises a step of preparing aqueous dispersion material by dispersing titanium dioxide powder catalyst having nanometer sized diameter into rinsing wastewater containing metal-EDTA (ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid) complex; and simultaneously producing hydrogen and oxidation treating the rinsing wastewater by irradiating onto the aqueous dispersion material, wherein particle size of the titanium dioxide powder catalyst has diameter of 20 nm or less and specific surface area of 100 m¬2/g or more, wherein the metal-EDTA (ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid) complex is selected from the group consisting of Cu-EDTA, Fe-EDTA and a mixture thereof, and wherein the gamma rays are selected from the group consisting of Co-60 radioactive ray source, nuclear fuel after use and high-level radioactive waste. The manufacturing method of titanium dioxide powder particles having nanometer sized diameter comprises the steps of injecting titanium isopropoxide into an acidic aqueous solution being stirred to rotation speed of 1000 to 1500 rpm for 30 minutes to 2 hours; increasing viscosity of the solution by furthermore stirring a reaction solution obtained in the above step at rotation speed of 500 to 1000 rpm for 12 to 36 hours; heating the reaction solution obtained in the above step at a temperature of 60 to 90 deg.C for 3 to 6 hours; and evaporating the heated reaction solution.
