FIELD: organic chemistry, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel chemical compounds, in part, to derivatives of 1,4,2,5-dioxadiazine of the general formula (I) wherein R means the formula (II) and R1 means N3 or NO2. These derivatives of 1,4,2,5-dioxadiazine are activators of soluble form of guanylate cyclase. Invention provides the development of novel activators of soluble form of guanylate cyclase.
