PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for two board members to be fixed tightly and certainly with a fastening screw. SOLUTION: A fastening screw 9 penetrating the first board member 1 is screwed into a screw hole of the second board member 3 to fasten the member so that these first and second board members 1, 3 may be fixed, while the screw hole is formed in bulged portion 13. Consequently, the bulged portion 13 is deformed into a tabular shape by tightening the fastening screw, so that an edge of the screw hole is pressed to the fastening screw by pressure.
