PURPOSE: A brake system of a vehicle is provided to stabilize movements of a vehicle body not by preceding early blocking of a rear wheel comparing to a front wheel with artificial limitation for braking force supplied to the rear wheel in exceeding specific braking force without an additional limiting valve of braking force. CONSTITUTION: A brake system of a vehicle includes a master cylinder(5), wheel cylinders(8,10), first and second pistons and a stopper. The master cylinder is operated according to depression of a brake pedal(1) to generate braking pressure. Wheel cylinders are installed to front and rear wheels(7,9) to receive braking pressure by being connected to the master cylinder with front and rear brake lines(11,13). The first piston is installed to a first pressure room formed inside the wheel cylinder of the rear wheel and operated by receiving braking force directly. The second piston is installed inside a second pressure room formed inside the first piston. A pressurizing surface of the second piston is reduced as compared to the first piston. The stopper is fixed to the wheel cylinder to limit a movement of the first piston at a changing point to distribute braking force. Therefore, a turn-spin of a vehicle body due to early blocking of the rear wheel is prevented by limiting braking force forcibly supplied to the rear wheel in exceeding specific braking force.
