PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel having shape of partitions, which can enhance brightness of a phosphor when the phosphor emits light. SOLUTION: The plasma display panel comprises partitions formed on a rear substrate in parallel with address electrodes and sub-partitions formed on the rear substrate in parallel with bus electrodes, to separate a discharge space located by an address electrode and a bus electrode from other discharge spaces.
