PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a loss in energy such as fan power in a conventional air conditioner keeping a constant circulating air amount in a room, controlling the flow rate of a cold water coil and a heating coil in the air conditioner by a temperature/humidity sensor in the room, and circulating the excessive amount of air at night in summer or at low load operation in a middle season of spring and autumn in case of round-the-clock operation throughout the year. SOLUTION: When controlling the temperature/humidity of the room (especially temperature), the air conditioner conducts control with the small amount of air as far as possible. In case of not satisfied, the air amount control is automatically changed to air temperature control to conduct energy saving operation.
