<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT system which corrects axial projection data D1 and pixel projection data D2 based on position deviations of X-ray tubes determined from a specified position and a control method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The axial projection data D1 is determined at a point 2104 by using projection data D0 obtained by a channel for detecting X rays emitted from an X-ray focus 2102 and passing through a point 2104 and the axial projection data D1 thus obtained is shifted by a distance DIS1 in the positive direction on the x axis to obtain a normal axial projection data D1 by the combination of a detector 2103 and the X-ray focus 2102. On the other hand, for example, when a normal pixel projection data D2 is obtained in y=Ye/2 by the combination of the detector 2103 and the X-ray focus 2102, likewise, a deviation correction processing is simply applicable, that is, the pixel projection data D2 at the point 2106 is shifted by a distance DIS2 (deviation) between the points 2106 and 2107 in the positive direction on the x axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
