<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spouting tool of a paper vessel or the like of pilfer-proof characteristic in which even a small cap can be easily opened/closed, an internal lid of a spout can be easily unsealed, and a ring body is not detached. <P>SOLUTION: This spouting tool comprises the spout and a cap in which a ring body is connected to the cap body via a weakened part to be broken when unsealed, the cap body is screwed to the spout, and the ring body is fitted thereto, and fitted to a fitting hole in a vessel through the inner side of the vessel. In the cap body, an inclined wall is provided between a top plate and a side wall, a longitudinal groove is circumferentially provided in the inclined wall and the side wall to realize the slip-proof function, and the cap can be miniaturized to meet the height regulation. The spout has the inner lid with a pull-ring which is unsealable via the weakened part. A stopper is preferably provided on the inner surface of the pull-ring so as to firmly hook the ring by a finger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
