PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce measurement waiting time in a D/A converter. SOLUTION: A digital filter 2 is provided in the front stage of the D/A converter 3, and an analog filter 4 is provided in the rear stage of the D/A converter 3, and filter coefficients of the digital filter 2 are determined so that the response delay due to the time constant of the analog filer 4 is compensated.
