PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the failure of the tracking of a target object due to the hiding of a feature point in the middle of tracking. SOLUTION: A time-series data base 701 stores preliminarily photographed time-series images. A central image deciding device 702 selects an image (central image) where a target object comes to the closest part to the center of the image as the image for setting a feature point. A tracking image deciding device 703 selects an image column to be tracked from the time-series images. A tracking result integrating device 704 executes the tracking of the feature point of the central image back and forth for the designated image column. The forward tracking and backward tracking results are gathered into one forward tracking result, and outputted as the tracking result of the feature point to a three-dimensional position obtaining device 705.
