PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which the display superposed with the foreground is sufficiently visible even when the foreground is bright. SOLUTION: A light shielding layer 48 is applied on a transparent plate so as to decrease the transmitted light from the foreground. Further, a transparent reflection film is formed on the transparent plate body or on the light shielding layer to increase reflection of the display light.
