PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting plate which can improve visibility while suppressing coloring due to interference.

SOLUTION: A plurality of reflection parts 10 and a plurality of 2nd reflection parts 11 are mixedly arranged. The reflecting surfaces 11a of the 2nd reflection parts 11 have smaller differences between the diameters of the reflecting surfaces and the in-surface heights of the reflecting surfaces than the reflecting surfaces 10a of the 1st reflection parts 10, and the arrangement intervals of the 2nd reflection parts 11 are wider than the arrangement intervals of the 1st reflection parts 10. The reflecting surfaces may be either concave or convex.
