PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic suspension device 10 with vibration-proof characteristics be arbitrarily changeable without changing design of an elastic leg 13. SOLUTION: By adjusting a mounting space between both mounting ends 112, 113 of an outer mounting member 11, curvature of a curved portion 111 of the outer mounting member 11 is changed, and tilt angles of leg body portions 132, 132 of an elastic leg 13 made of rubber-like elastic material disposed between the curved portion 111 and an inner mounting member 12 are changed, so that characteristics of the elastic leg 13 can be arbitrarily adjusted.
