PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete curing method whereby concrete can be cured to a specified hardness without forming defects such as crack by applying appropriate curing conditions according to a change in a temperature, a strain, during concrete curing. SOLUTION: The concrete curing method comprises the cure preparation step of forming a cover 12 around the placed concrete body 11 so as to leave a specified space between them and the air control step of allowing the atmosphere temperature of the cover 1 to follow the concrete body 11 temperature pattern which changes as the result of the concrete hydration reaction.
