PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a glass molded form which has a concave part in the center of a inside perimeter side of a main body of a saucer-shaped molded form, the inside perimeter of which is free of distortion and processing spots. SOLUTION: The glass molded form is provided with the concave part 12 in the center of the inside perimeter side of the main body 11 of the saucer- shaped molded form and is produced by press-molding a gob B. The glass molded form 10C has a molding surface consisting of the inner perimeter surface 12a of the concave part 12 and, continuously connected with it, the inner perimeter surface 11a of the main body 11 of the molded form.
