PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil cleaning method for effectively cleaning soil at the original position and for cleaning not only the surface of soil but also soil present at a predetermined depth. SOLUTION: The soil cleaning method includes a step for excavating soil by rotating a stirring member 1, a step for supplying hydrogen peroxide and an iron powder to the soil from a plurality of injection pipes 8 and 9 arranged to the spiral blades 5 provided to the stirring member 1 and a step for mixing soil with hydrogen peroxide and the iron powder by the rotation of the spiral blades 5.
