PURPOSE: Provided are a feed comprising waste foodstuffs and a preparation process thereof by mixing a conventional cereal feed with waste foodstuffs, thereby increasing economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A preparation process of a feed containing waste foodstuffs is characterized by mixing components of a conventional cereal feed with dried waste foodstuffs and forming the mixture thereof into a pellet.
