<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a prepreg using a diallyl phthalate-based resin and a laminated sheet by reducing the amount of an organic solvent to be used to a large extent compared to the conventional process step. <P>SOLUTION: The prepreg of a diallyl phthalate prepolymer for a laminated sheet is produced by spraying a powdered compound of a diallyl phthalate prepolymer in which a curing catalyst has been dispersed onto the back surface of a prepreg base material in an amount corresponding to 5-200 wt.% of the prepreg base material, then heating and fusing the powdered compound to adhere on the prepreg base material in an oven, and subsequently coating a liquid compound composed of the diallyl phthalate prepolymer, a component copolymerizable with the diallyl phthalate prepolymer by a curing catalyst, an organic peroxide as the curing catalyst, and 25-200 wt.%, based on the total amount of these components, low boiling point solvent on the surface opposite the surface onto which the above powdered compound of the diallyl phthalate prepolymer has been sprayed in an amount corresponding to 5-200 wt.% of the prepreg base material, and heating it to volatilize the solvent in an oven. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
