PURPOSE: A new clip is provided to bind and file documents with ease without requiring no other tool. CONSTITUTION: The new clip comprises: a gripper portion(4) which is slightly folded upward; a document fastening portion(3) which has both line contact and surface contact to a document; a plate spring(2); a file fastening portion(5) which is made by molding the plate spring portion(2) so that there is no need to punch the document in case the document is filed to the file; and a gripper bottom portion(1) which serves as a guide upon gripping the document.
