<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out managerial accounting in addition to financial accounting and carry out profit and loss analysis by breaking them down into medical fees, medical acts or the like in a medical accounting system using a computer. <P>SOLUTION: The medical accounting system is provided with a first file 12 storing unit data comprising sum data and attribute information indicating attributes of a sum such as a distinction between medical income and non- medical income, a distinction between application and non-application of insurance or the like, a CPU 2 calculating first per index sums by accounting per index while setting payment dates on the basis of a plurality of pieces of sum data and pieces of attribute information included in the same pieces of unit data as the plurality of pieces of sum data, and a second file 12 storing calculation results in coordination with pieces of unit data used for calculation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
