PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device in which the cooling efficiency of an integrated circuit element using brine is improved. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a cold plate 16 mounted on an integrated circuit element 6 for moving heat from the integrated circuit element, a heat exchanger for cooling the brine heated by the cold plate while circulating the brine, a reservoir tank for storing the brine, a pump for circulating the brine and pipes 23 for the brine buried in the cold plate, and a plurality of radiating fins 68 on the side of the cold plate mutually opposite to the integrated circuit element.
